Reforming pellets into slices reduces dry ice consumable cost and is safer for the operator compared to traditional block cutting processes. The pellet-to-slice reforming process eliminates hazards from cutting blocks and reduces CO2 sublimation loss by approximately 80% - producing less CO2 "smoke."

The PR750 is an all-in-one production system, designed to meet your multi-form dry ice demands - slices, pellets, or nuggets. When in full slice production mode it can reform 1/8" (3 mm) pellets into 6" x6" (150 mm x 150 mm) or 5" x 8" (125 mm x 210 mm) dimensions, up to 300 slices per hour.
In full pellet/nugget production mode, the PR750 can produce up to 600 lbs (273 kg) per hour of 1/8" to 3/4" (3 mm to 19 mm) sized pellets or nuggets. Dry ice produced can be fed directly into insulated transport totes, making the process simple, efficient and safe.
